    Reception and piano bar really nice. Food good but don't go at eight it's a bun fight! Actually there right now and when you are all inclusive they only allow a glass of wine at a time with your meals. If you want a bottle you have to pay! This is fine except you can't catch the eye of the wine waiter once you have your first glass. Rooms lovely and lots of pools to choose from. Location right on the beach. This hotel is lovely but feel all show and no substance compared to 4 star down the road.

    Enjoyed a 2 week holiday in December 2017 here. I was on all-inclusive package. Selection of food at the buffets was good. Themed restaurants worth visiting. Main swimming pool was a too cold at this time of year, but the smaller heated outdoor pool was fine to swim in.

    They put my father that was on crutches in a room that was a 10 minute walk to reception. Took 2 hours to change his room when we let them know previous he couldn't walk very far..

    When we went in to see the 'privilege' lounge to have a drink a member of staff shouted across the room to me to put my glass/bottle away when we were leaving to which my wife was embarrassed by.

    Needs a lot of improvement to be classed as a 5star, the staff are really excellent but restaurant service, food quality and choice lets it down. i have stayed here a few times and prefer the service how it was previously where you could serve ourself with tea, coffee and wine. in my opinion they need to increase the staff ratio for the present system to work. we found on most visits to the restaurants we found uncleared tables and tables waiting to be laid with cutlery etc:. other than this which is a major fault. we had a lovely time here the rooms are clean and spacious, entertainment very good. come on H10 give us what we expect when booking a 4/5 star hotel

    The room was half the size and rarely cleaned properly and our bedding was only changed on the 5th day after we were upgraded to privilege following my initial review. Everyday we were battling ants and other insects 1 of which we found in the mini bar.

    Worst 5* I have stayed in. NO WATER on NYE !!! Then after waiting hours all brown water come through the taps. Then the bathroom flooded waited a hour for someone to come and fix it ... great new years and to top it of the €25 buffet they wanted to charge €180 for NYE and was told all 6 restaurants was fully booked anyway..shut the bar we was in at 11pm on NYE ha ! . no one at reception knew what was going on no apologies. Emailed/rang and asked at reception to speak to the manager but they said he is not here and no reply to emails. would rate the services at reception 2stars, it definitely isn't a 5 star hotel.

    There are 3 restaurants on site which you have to book in for a meal to which we were allowed to book 3 times outside of normal catering. When we went to book on our 4th morning we could only book in 1 restaurant as the other 2 were closed until the day we were leaving. Better communication on arrival notifying us of opening times could have helped.

    No iron, beach towels have to pay deposit and daily fee for a towel, have to pay for the gym and Heated pool. On the plus side the restaurants are very nice and well decorated and also the bars. Great swimming pool. A hotel for family's .

    There's no way this is a 5* hotel, I've stayed in 3* which has been better. Our room was not what we expected after upgrading when we saw the room in the travel agents.
